HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN MAKING TILE?
We have been making reproductions of Catalina tile for nearly 25 years. We are proud to be one of the original manufacturers of 1920's - 1930's reproduction tile.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY TILE?
Most of our products on this site are carried in stock. Once your order is received your mural will be given to our production team. It will be shipped within one week. You should allow 2-5 days for shipping depending on where you are located.
ARE THE TILES WATERPROOF?
Yes, we have formulated these glazes to be completely waterproof and acid resistant.
WHERE IS YOUR FACTORY LOCATED?
Our factory is located in Los Angeles, California. Our tile is represented in several different locations. If you are interested in making an appointment please contact us by email. info@catalinaclassics.com
CAN I REQUEST DIFFERENT COLORS FOR MY MURAL?
Yes, you may request a custom mural with different colors, sizes, or shapes; however, custom orders may take longer and may cost more.
WHAT IF THE TILES BREAK DURING SHIPPING?
All of our products ship insured. If they break during shipping please contact us within 5 days. We cannot accept claims for broken or damaged tile after 5 days. Also, there will be no claims accepted after the tile is installed.
DO YOU MAKE OTHER KINDS OF TILE?
Yes, we produce everything from custom Spanish murals, decorative kitchen tile, floor tile, to architectural pieces and restoration tile work.
IS IT BETTER TO MOUNT THE TILES MYSELF?
We recommend that you mount the mural yourself or with the help of a tile setter. This allows you the biggest range of possibilities in deciding where you want it.
